The staff of Pension Karpatia is striving with devotion that our guests can enjoy their stay in the Hotel. Therefore we please, you keep the following rules of the Hotel.
Early check-in are subject to availability at an additional cost. The guest house can confirm this request the day before arrival.
Early arrival fee: between 10:00 and 14:00: HUF 2,000 / hour.
Upon registration, you are required to fill in the registration form. Then you will get the room key.
Check-Out
Please leave the room by 10:00 on the day of departure.
You can clarify the possibility of late check-out on the day of your departure, please contact the reception.
Late departure fee: between 10:00 and 20:00: HUF 2,000 / hour.
In some rooms the sofa can be converted into an extra bed. If you need an extra bed, please inform reception.
Please indicate your needs at the reception, for which we provide equipment.
Please let our colleagues know about the need for a plus blanket / pillow.
Baby cots are available in your room free of charge upon request. However, this is only possible in certain rooms. Your request must be agreed with the pension in advance. A high chair is available free of charge for breakfast.
Parents are asked to pay close attention to their children.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted throughout the hotel! Our guests can enjoy smoking in the designated area, on the terrace and in the garden.
Silent hours
Please respect the rest of your guests and do not disturb the loudness. Particular attention is paid to each other's calm after 22:00.
Electrical appliances
In the hotel room, it is prohibited to store flammable, explosive materials, to use coffee machines, water heaters, irons and other electrical appliances.
In case of a health problem, our reception will be happy to provide you with the contact details of the nearest pharmacy / hospital.
The bathroom has liquid soap.
Towels
The bathroom shelf is equipped with 1 hand towel, 1 bath exit and 1 towel per person, which can be changed on request.
It can be requested free of charge at reception.
Each room of our pension has a flat-screen television, on which our guests can choose from pre-programmed channels.
Basic Services
For our guests, the room rate includes the breakfast.
The pension has radiator heating. The temperature of the rooms can be individually controlled. Please read the information in the rooms.
Complaint
If you have any complaints or remarks, please contact the reception while you are here, so that we can remedy any problems as soon as possible.
